Collectively known as the ‘Bowsiders’ due to the shape of their sides, these coaches were supplied to the Ffestiniog Railway in the late 1870s. Each coach is a compartment composite and were produced with wrought iron frames. Now over 140 years old, these coaches still have an important role to play as part of modern Ffestiniog heritage operations.
